Jeff came out and done my well yesterday. Very professional and respectful crew. Pulled my old well and replaced with new in just few hours. Will use them again and will recommend to others.

First class service. I called on my Dads behalf and Best Rate communication was prompt and constantly kept me in touch and forwarded my photos to the technician. Rates were acceptable and best compliment came from my Dad. Josh was so patient explaining and justifying the repairs required. Dad immediately recognized someone with high level of expertise and one he could trust. Best Rate Plumbing was awesome! Our well pump quit mid-shower for my wife on Sunday morning. I called Best Rate after church & lunch at 1pm. Josh was at our house by about 2:15-2:30 and had diagnosed the problem, offered a solution, installed a new pump and was done by 5pm!! Exceptional service! Would highly recommend!

The entire team, Michele, Josh, Justice helped initially. Then Jeff came out twice, diagnosing the issue, then returned two days later and did a major repair that included drilling into our slab. We are extremely happy with all the hard work that Jeff did to get our hot water up and running. Thank you so much….Great job!!!

My well stopped and Robby Cope was there the next day after speaking with him. He did an amazing job getting me water. Not only did we having running water again but my water pressure increase dramatically. Best Rate is a great company and they are experts with 2 inch wells. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys!
